dej - sadly... i didn't notice much of a difference because my eating was still not good. it would have been much better had i really cut out the refined sugar but... i didn't.
bess - it flew by. it's never been hard for me to limit my meat intake really, so it wasn't a problem. i did have a cheeseburger for lunch because my friend wanted to go to wendy's and that's easy to eat in the car. so, if nothing else, it's nice now to eat meat "for convenience"... i guess.
but no, i never cheated. i did forget once or twice, but reminded myself before i ate any meat.

yay! that didn't seem like very long to me, either! we've been trying to limit our meat intake over here but it's not out completely.
