Shoveled some snow this morning (I think this megastorm is finally over - after depositing many inches of snow since Thursday afternoon), went to practice the musical number I'm doing tomorrow (singing a solo - yikes), then headed down to Provo with the pups.
After taking Max to visit my brother and his roommates - they all love him, and I love that they love him - I took belle to visit with my grandmother and then went to have lunch at a friend's house.
It was great catching up with Sharla. Her little boy woke up from his nap while I was there and I just have to say - he is adorable! I had a blast playing with him and got him to throw back his head and laugh a few times. He's adorable! Did I say that already? (: I'd like to state for the record that I think it's completely unfair of my siblings to have their kids so far away from me (do you hear that, siblings?). While they've done a great job in terms of numbers (24 and 25 are coming soon!), proximity has a lot to be desired (none of them are in Utah anymore!). I'm just really glad that I have friends with cute kids that are willing to share their kids with me.
Anyway, it was a good day. I'm grateful for family and friends that are like family.
Happy Saturday!

Sounds like a great day! And I hope your number goes well tomorrow. I am sure you'll do great.
Just caught up -- hope you didn't end up with bunches of cavities. I'd never had any in my life until about a 6 months ago, when I got six. I've flossed every night since then. Why didn't I start that sooner?
Good luck with your flying yoga, and hope you enjoyed your own musical number!
