Eden! I am so excited! I just found your blog. I just noticed your post about "Eat to Live." I am a firm believer! My friend converted me to it over a year ago. Furhman also wrote a book called, "Disease Proof Your Child," which I definitely recommend for the little ones. It is the same concept, but tailored more toward kids. I am so glad that there are drs out there who care so much about preventative medicine.
