I've been doing so well this past week with my eating, sleeping, and exercising habits. I'm a little nervous at the thought of being at home for the majority of the weekend with food so easily at my disposal... I'll need to buckle down even harder to ignore what I don't need and eat only what I need.

You can totally do it. When I think about how good I feel when I eat better (and how crappy I feel when I don't), the temptation to eat stuff that's bad for me is no longer a temptation.
