Burn Out

I've drastically changed my lifestyle this past week. I'm a little worried about burning myself out.

I think the key is getting enough sleep.

(how is this possible???)

If I continue getting at least 8 hours a day (it's been absolutely wonderful!) then I should have enough energy to keep on with the exercise and healthy eating...

Amen. We're a sleep-deprived nation and it shows in so many ways. I sleep 8 hours every night and it's a dream. (I really didn't intend the pun.)
