Inner Struggle

I've been trying to be healthier ... I lost 20 lbs. this past summer and just recently have lost 5 more.

I want to be healthy.
I want to lose weight.
I want to take care of my body.
I want the benefits that come from exercising and eating well.

Right now...

my taste buds are saying -

(I don't care how cheap they are, their cheese pizza... mmMMmm!)

and my mind is trying to remind me that I really like these things -

speaking of which, the vegetarian lasagna at pizza factory sounds quite delicious right now. particularly as an alternative to paper-writing.

don't do it, eden! way to go on the weight. that's wonderful!
lately i've really been enjoying salads with lots of spinach and broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, tomatoes (which i forgot at the store just now), apple (it really is wonderful), croutons (not the healthiest, but they're organic!), and brianna's asiago caesar dressing. it's delicious!

that salad does sound good. i should try it sometime. i also love putting strawberries in my salads. i guess it's not really the season for them though...
