Wow! That's beautiful! And I'm envious of your weather. We are finally warming up again. I took the kids on a long walk today (3 miles) and the sun was hot. The breeze was nice and cool, so when we were in the shade it was wonderful (ideal, even), but boy could you feel when you were in that sun.
bess, i was up there again yesterday and found a trail that went up much higher. i didn't go all the way to the end (it was getting late) but when i got down there was a couple there and they told me that there's a waterfall that the trail leads to.
i'll check it out sometime. maybe that's where we should go in july.
